Dinner Table Syndrome: An Accumulation of Missed Communication

THIS IS MY STORY
About Me
I am an experienced educator and researcher specializing in Deaf Education, currently seeking new opportunities in academia and research. When I'm not engaged in academic pursuits, you can find me exploring around the city looking for hole-in-the-wall restaurants, hiking on trails around the area, or participating in 5Ks.
Current & Recent Positions
Most recently, I served as a visiting assistant professor in the Department of Deaf Education (DDE) at RIT/NTID. Prior to that role, I was a visiting research professor in the Sensory, Perceptual, and Cognitive Ecology (SPaCE) Center at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
Before joining the faculty at RIT, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the SPaCE Center under the mentorship of Dr. Matthew Dye.
